The man, and those who vote for him, are like a pharmacy that sells only poison and ipecac. Once again I say, I do not understand. Sigh. And I am with Ms. Carroll, also.

That’s an excellent description. I’d steal it but that would be wrong.

100,000 Iowans aren't exactly representative of America. And look at their other choices. Maybe this result looks good for Donald Trump, but it's not looking good for him in the general election. Assuming he's still at liberty by then and not behind bars or sitting at Mar-a-Lago wearing an ankle bracelet.

It was a small percentage there who voted for him, but I'm still pissed.

100.000 is fifteen percent of Iowa republicans, less than five percent of all registered voters in the state. It can't get much more exclusionary.

The absolute inanity is mind-boggling (and depressing). My only explanation for the widespread support of TRRWHATBAFIB is that many Americans have become increasingly simpleminded, selfish, and lazy. And they have identified their perfect role model.

I don't think I can keep trying to figure out the evangelicals on this. I think I've been giving them a pass and I've stopped.

Jesus and John Wayne, by Kristin Gomez Du Mez. Long before Trump rode down the escalator, evangelicals had tossed aside the Jesus of the Gospels and replaced him with the violent retribution of John Wayne's on-screen persona who is going to save them from the commies, the POC, the feminists, and the foreigners who have forgotten their places in the Lord's hierarchy. That's why we see those weird images of Trump's face pasted onto Sylvester Stallone's body.

It really is terrifying what he can do and the idiots only applaud him more. I do fear for our country.

And pray each of these lawsuits come out in our favor. Tiny rewards for us but combined strikes against the tiny blowhard.

I’d love to know what those initials stand for!

E.Jean is doing what should have been done decades ago. Make him accountable. Don't give an inch.

With E. Jean Carroll! These DT voters are so out of touch with reality. It is depressing, and it is only January. Months of this BS. Only 100,00O voters participated in the caucus— and it is being spun as a mandate. Is it?

Lord, no. Not a mandate.

C'mon now Susan, go easy on the gun loving, family value, right-to-lifers! They worship their 'orange idol' regardless of the fact that he has broken every sin their babble, I mean Bible proclaims! Meanwhile, his comrade in the Kremlin is sitting in his luxury box applauding it all!
