under questioning by the prosecutor about why he had to have an AR-15 the killer replied "it looks cool" - as my grandmother used to say "starch that one!"

A Black kid wouldn't be on trial, he'd be dead. The police would have gunned him down, not coddled him.

And that makes this trial even more unbelievable.

I believe my n-95 will protect me and others much more than an AR-15. Many people believe otherwise, and we all suffer from their delusions.

He went there with that weapon, looking for trouble. And he created it. Both his mother and he should pay. Ignore the crocodile tears he sheds.

As for the judge, I pray that the prosecution is strong enough to withstand his prejudices.

I’ve been talking to lawyer friends about his behavior. I haven’t spent hours in court rooms but they agree mostly that his behavior goes far beyond what’s acceptable.

I have not been watching it. Is the mother charged with anything? It seems she should also be charged with something for transporting her underaged armed son, especially across state lines. He better be convicted! And why did police allow him to walk by them while he was clearly armed? (& underaged)

Not to my knowledge, she hasn’t been. And that’s the $64k question. Why was he allowed to walk away when people were screaming that he was the shooter?
