In spite of it all the blob goes before the black journalists to show his TRUE colors, WHITE nationalism! Harris should use the classic song, “We Won’t Be Fooled Again” by The Who! The best cure for the orange virus is a resounding defeat in November!
I know that Audre Lorde said that you will never dismantle the master's house using the master's tools. I just don't think that's entirely true. Not of all tools. I think that some can be cleaned off and be as serviceable for the free. And some will always be dirty but can for sure start the bust-up needed for demolition.
We are living in a time when very bad time are continuing to make structural use of racism and misogyny and bad religion, and we, their opponents, aren't supposed to act Asia that's where we start from? Piffle.
We are not claiming to be one homogenous cord. We are working to be a strong, strong braid.
And it’s beautiful to see. Each of these meetings were open to all but the meetings’ messages were very much geared to the people named in the meeting’s moniker.
I'm going to wait for the all-inclusive Women's initiatives. I have female family members who are Asian, Indian, and biracial, and are Harris supporters - who don't consider themselves black or white. (That is also true for my Arab friends.) It feels exclusive, when we want to be in community together to support VP Harris for President. So, it just feels off for me.
My question about it is, are these Zoom gatherings attracting any new votes - undecided voters or former republican voters? If they are, great! We need them!
I think some of that is happening. And I do believe — at least from what I read and saw myself — that of course we are coming together. There was a subsequent Zoom
call for all women. There will be more but Zoom cannot hold all of us.
I know you are busy writing these days, but when you have time to read, I highly recommend White Women, by Regina Jackson and Saira Rao. Lots of insight as to why white women are so distrusted. It's not just the "Karen" syndrome ...

That was incredible to watch, his performance on the NABJ stage. He couldn’t hold it together. This is who he is.
I love the coming together! 😊

That's good to hear. Right. The ways to encourage more voters goes beyond Zoom.

Thank you. I’m never too busy to read.
