I don't know enough about all of the issues, but in addition to what you suggested, I would include a harsh discussion on the ransomware attacks originating from Russia. Give him a bill for the money extorted and hold him responsible if anything happens again!
I would think it's time to be direct and place the responsibilty on him. No more excuses! But that's easy to say as one who knows next to nothing about such negotiations and is sitting on the sidelines.
I think Biden and his team are pretty much going to have it covered. It’s supposed to last 4-5 hours. It’s got to be hard to evade the tough issues for that long. The one thing I can’t predict is how or if Biden address Putin’s relationship with T****. Putin has proved he’s fluent in MAGAspeak when he trolled about the insurrection. He likes it as a wedge issue but I don’t know how much he really wants to own it. Personally I’d be happy if Putin went all in on the MAGAverse (how many MAGAwords can I make up today?) but he and they would probably end up regretting being tied together.
The separate press conferences is a good move. Biden going second is smart. He can do clean up. He just has be careful not to step in the piles Putin intentionally leaves.
It’s too much to ask for but best case, Putin ends up looking like Borat in a MAGA hat. He’s smart but also as narcissistic as T**** and Borat combined. That and being in front of a roomful of western press, anything could happen. Maybe he’ll take off his shirt.

It would be interesting to see what Putin would say to direct questions about this from Biden.
It will also be a refreshing change to have witnesses to these conversations and a relatively clear picture of what was the meeting like etc.
Amen.
