I’m almost dumbfounded that he isn’t already behind bars , until I realize just how hard certain judges and republican politicians are working to bend or , in some cases , break the law to protect the fat fraud

Shrewd move by Jack Smith, going directly to the Supreme Court. Bypassing the court of appeals. It is a great strategy, that should silence DT ( maybe) and settle the issue once and for all. Thomas should recuse himself from the case, but he won’t.
