I watched it when I read Rather yesterday-so good. Another version I would highly recommend can be found on YouTube. It is an acoustic rendition by Cynthia Erivo, accompanied on piano by Jules Holland. I dare you not to weep.
This morning I am living out my retirement promise— coffee on my deck with every possible morning. Joined by the bluebirds, mourning doves, chipmunks and squirrels. Watching for a fish to jump in the little puddle of a pond. Having this Beach Boys video with bird chirping accompanying it rounds out my ‘I needed this refresh and relief amidst … chaos.
I love this version and indeed a great way to start a new week! If only this would be the only thing we see and hear today. ⚔️
Thank you. I needed that this morning.
Anything with Brian Wilson singing is definitely cool!
How cool is that!
We’ve lost some great musicians of late

I remember my folks making a big deal out of the loss of their icons. I didn’t get it then. I get it now.

Thank you.
Love it! Thanks! Music and singing brings me much needed joy in these dark times.
Music, the tonic that helps soothe my soul....sing like nobody's listening, thanks for sharing.
Music is one of the few things that is everything.
The international language. God only knows what we'd be without music.
Thanks Susan (and Dan). This helped me recenter for the next round.
