I've very seldom done a New Year's intention. I tend to figure that something kind of small and daily is about the mark for me.

I wasn't thinking of anything this year. But then Jessica Mason Pickle talked on Twitter about resuming daily journalling in 2022 and liking it.

I have never been journal, daily or otherwise, but I am going to try this one out. I get so bombarded with small and medium do-thises, and with Tetrising and reTetrising tasks to try to get spare time that I too readily lose track of things I want to write about. So I reckon to try to journal daily to keep track of them and not have them constantly getting lost and being refund and repost and....

I don't journal daily but I have and I highly recommend it. I never called it journaling. It was just "writing stuff down."

Walk more (at least 3 miles a day), paint more (watercolors), and relax more (with a good book and a cup of tea (or sometimes a glass of wine!).

I go through my house ever January and do a Big Purge. I don't remember why I started that, but I give the house a good cleaning at the same time. Every year, i'm amazed at how much flotsam I collect, but come Monday, that's where you'll find me, dumping.
