That's beautiful. "O Holy Night" has been among my favorites. "Mary did you know" and "What Child Is This" are up at the top of the list, too. And "Silent Night" reminds me of my Grandma who at the end when she forgot nearly everything else, could still sing along with it.

Not necessarily a favorite, but it does rate up there. I like it for it's "sassiness", and Joan Osborne is someone special to me and The Husband. May I present Joan Osborne's "What do Bad Girls Get?"

Her "One of Us" got me through many a dark and lonely night. This is a great song and yes, it's entirely a holiday tune.

Favorite carol done by a truly bad-ass performer.

I love that song. It and do many others take me back to my Protestant church and growing up. My parents loved Christmas songs too and they were played in the house on record players and also sung in the car.

Angels We Have Heard on High and What Child is This and the Drummer Boy are some of my favorites. I love Christmas and Christmas songs!

At the first note of "What Child Is This," I just go ahead and start crying. It's beautiful.

It’s so moving. My mom’s favorite song was Silent Night. After 22 years I can hear and sometimes sing it without crying. I always hear her voice when the song is sung.
