And so here we are facing another endless war in the middle east....meanwhile we allow Russia to continue their assault on Ukraine...next up will be an incident in North Korea....unintended consequences lie ahead with a President who does not read but rather reacts in ignorance of world wide consequences!

He seems frantic to take our minds off the shit show he’s created domestically. Won’t work.

I've been thinking about your latest writings. I agree that they should be thrown out of office. Unfortunately, I know this bombing and the lies spilled by our felon-in-chief and his shillbilly sidekick just isn't enough yet to sway a majority of public opinion and a majority of Republicans in Congress. We have to suffer more -- and keep the focus on the mid-terms. We have to flip the House and by chance the Senate.

I think we can do both. If the Dems cannot get behind Al Green, then we push them to do so. The midterms are too far off.

This week we should concentrate on applying pressure to defeat the felon’s BBB — which may come up for a vote in the Senate.

They're big innovators, though. Before them Nobody Ever Heard of (TM)

- lying and then saying nah-hu

- inflicting irreversible damage before courts deny permission

- silencing people they don't want to answer by

- sneering

- throwing them out

- inciting violence and blaming their victims

- having your rich friends buy the national presses

- disobeying laws

Genius, I'm telling you. All the stars will bow down before him, let alone mere human leaders.

Each time I see or hear the wretched Shillbilly, I am glad I never bought or read his book. I have a very strong sense of smell, perhaps I picked up the strong aroma of BS when I read the fawning reviews.

It was incredibly laden with BS. I read it and hated it from the beginning. It reeked of pretend-victimhood mixed with a strange sense of entitlement. I hated that book.

That's a useful review-- thanks.

It would be the trifecta of having chosen awful men to publicize if Oprah had introduced Shillbilly on her show and given him a boost. So far she's saddled us with "Dr." Phil who now travels with ICE to harass immigrants and Dr. Oz who threw away his reputation as a cardiac surgeon to push diet pills and other crap on the gullible and is now in charge of Medicare and Medicaid -- God help us.

I agree Rich Colbert "so here we are facing another endless war in the middle east" and the rest of your right on comment. Hasn't the diapered orange felon violated the Constitution, broken his oath of office, committed enough crimes (even though he hasn't killed someone on 5th Avenue NYC) to warrant IMPEACH HIM NOW !!! By the mid terms it may be waaayyyy too late.

So the dumb presidents were Clinton - a Rhodes scholar and Obama a constitutional expert and the others that kept us out of war! But what does the US constitution mean to the orange guy??

My take on Vance is that he would have never survived in an era of DEI and he knows it. Like Trump, his advancement has nothing to do with abilities or "merit" and everything to do with a well-oiled white heterosexual male system that they are desperate to restore to its former "glory." He ain't one of the best and the brightest anymore than Trump is. He's what we get precisely when we stop caring about actual qualifications and abilities. But they have the power, and we have to figure out how to, at least, minimize the damage. Quite the challenge when these pampered idiots control the United States miliary.
