I got mine a couple of weeks ago. There was a little girl, about seven or eight, in front of me waiting for her first shot with her mom. She was bouncing around, excited about being there. At one point, when the pharmacist told her that he was proud of her, she started doing body builder poses. It was pretty cute and inspiring.

Yes, I’m boosted. It’s time for everyone eligible to get a booster. I’m grateful it’s available. Forgot analgesics so a sore arm briefly. So worth it.

I'm all boosted up! I believe you can call it a booster. "Third shot" (vs booster) applies to the most vulnerable/immune compromised. They need a higher dosage (aka 3rd shot/jab) than the rest of us to be initially protected. I wonder if they will need a 4th (their booster) after 6 mos or so passes.

I'm so glad you got it! Great photo!

Yay for you! I got mine last month before going to a wedding and it made me feel much safer. Got my flu shot too and asked my doctor about the shingles vaccine. He said it’s best to have them months apart so waiting for that one.

Love the excitement of children getting their shots!

I feel as I did when I got my second shot. A little bit relieved.

I unfortunately got breakthrough COVID instead. Since Dr. Fauci says to wait 4-6 weeks after infection to get immunized, I figure that holds for breakthrough, and that put me in a couple of weeks. I need to get my son his booster, though-- uh, I think? He's nearly 17. I need to check. I'll remind my husband to get his booster today.

And thanks for getting yours and publicizing it.

My husband had to wait for the same reason. He’s on deck for next week.

I never thought about the subtle differences between the words "vaccination" and "immunization," so thank you for that article. I already had an appointment for a mammogram when I became eligible for the third shot, so I waited until after I got the all-clear from the mammo to make an appointment. (It's harder to get an appointment for a mammogram than a Covid vaccine.) I get my jab on Thursday. Got my flu shot in late September, and got the Shingrex vaccine a couple of years ago. If you had chicken pox as a child, I highly recommend it. You do not want to get shingles.

Thank you. I just may need to go get the shingles shot.

Yes. Get the Shingrix. Just be ready for possibly a few days following when you may not feel well.

Great selfie! Yes, I am boosted and got my annual flu shot at the same time, so I had matching Walgreen's band-aids on each arm.

I got my flu shot about two months ago, before I was eligible for the third shot. I've never had a shingles shot, though that was an option.

If you have more beauty spots, does that mean you're more beautiful?

Absolutely, no doubt about that! There have been scientific studies, i.e. I did my OWN research.

I got the first two at "my" local CVS and will get the third there, too. I am nothing if not brand loyal.
